This award is for U.S. and international undergraduate and/or graduate students who plan to attend or are currently attending certain ABET-accredited institutions. A list of eligible institutions can be found at www.sme.org/cgi-bin/smeefhtml.pl?/foundation/scholarships/fsfroth.html&&&SEF&. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher to be eligible.

William E. Weisel Scholarship
This award is for U.S. and Canadian college student who have completed 30 or more college credits and are majoring in manufacturing engineering and technology. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher to be eligible.
E. Wayne Kay Co-op Scholarship
This award is for U.S. and international students who are majoring in manufacturing engineering and technology. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and have completed a minimum of 30 college credit hours to be eligible.
Guiliano Mazzetti Scholarship
This award is available for current U.S. and international undergraduate students who are majoring in manufacturing engineering. The applicant must have a 3.0 grade point average or higher to be eligible.
Lucile B. Kaufman Women’s Scholarship
This award is for female U.S. and international sophomores, juniors, and/or seniors who are majoring in manufacturing engineering. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher to be eligible.
Minority Teacher Scholarship
This scholarship is available to Indiana undergraduate students who are minority (black or Hispanic) and attending an Indiana college or university. The student must intend to pursue or be pursuing a course of study that would enable the student, upon graduation, to teach in an accredited school in Indiana.
Clinton J. Helton Manufacturing Scholarship
This award is for U.S. and international students who are planning to attend Colorado State University or any of the University of Colorado campuses. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and be majoring in a manufacturing engineering or technology program.
Chapter 116 – Kalamazoo Roscoe Douglas Scholarship
This award is for college sophomores, juniors and/or seniors who are attending one of the eligible schools. The applicant must have a 3.0 grade point average or higher to apply.
Connie and Robert T. Gunter Scholarship
This award is for U.S. and international students majoring in manufacturing engineering or technology at Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Southern College, or the Southern College of Technology. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
Frank O’Bannon Grant Program
This award is available to Indiana resident high school graduates planning to enroll full-time in an undergraduate program of study at an eligible Indiana college or university. Student must demonstrate financial need to qualify.
