This award is available for U.S. and international undergraduate and graduate students who are residents of Washington or Oregon and plan to attend a Washington institution. Students must pursue a medical or oncology research career, and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Pfund Scholarship Program
This award is available for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who live in or are planning to study in Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, or Wisconsin. Students must demonstrate leadership qualities that bridge the gap and break down barriers between LGBTQ and straight communities.
Emily Thomas Memorial Endowment Scholarship
This award is for Australian undergraduate and graduate students who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
International Symposium on Superalloys Scholarship
This award is available for international and U.S. undergraduate and/or graduate students who are pursing a career in metallurgical and/or materials science and engineering with an emphasis on all aspects of the high-temperature, high-performance materials used in the gas turbine industry and all other applications. Preference will be given to students pursuing a curriculum or career in superalloys. Students must also have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Light Metals Division (LMD) Scholarship
This award is available for international and U.S. college sophomores or juniors who are pursing a career in metallurgical and/or materials science engineering with an emphasis on both traditional (aluminum, magnesium, beryllium, titanium, lithium, and other reactive metals) and emerging light metals (composites, laminates, etc.). This award is available for international and U.S. college juniors and/or seniors. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and be enrolled in a metallurgical/materials science engineering program.
