Auburn University Top Questions

Most Auburn students are from Alabama.

People from the north would feel out of place in the student body. I remember coming down here from Maryland, which people call the north, but if they knew anything about geography they would know that its below the mason dixon line and is technically a mid atlantic state... people would call me a damn yankee and just completely ignore me... All people really care about is getting married. it's weird.

I feel like Auburn's student body is made up of all about the same people.

The student body is very supportive of everything on Auburn's campus. Students can come together and enjoy whatever task is at hand. It takes a more well-off student financially to attend Auburn, especially those out of state.

Auburn is a very southern school in Alabama, but it is also (somewhat) diverse. Students at Auburn are very active in what they do here on campus. There are over 200 organizations on campus. Students are predominatly conservative, but there still are many liberals on campus. There is a place for everyone on Auburn's campus, but sometimes its hard to find them.

Auburn has a very diverse student body, but every one is so friendly - which is why I love Auburn so much.

I haven't experienced any trouble with races or religious. I have discovered that religion and religious believes are a good discussion topic with friends. Most students wear shorts, jeans, or sweatpants and t-shirts, which is much more comfortable. There are big populations of people from Huntsville, Birmingham, Montgomery, Mobile, and Atlanta.

Auburn has a great student body but its mainly white, people often refer to Auburn as a private school compared to the University of Alabama.

I feel like Auburn is a "white" school, mostly Christian, but thats not all true. Most studest wear jeans and a t-shirt to class, comfortable but cute. Most students are from the south and are decently well off.

I think the student body is pretty diverse for the most part. Auburn seems very conservative in alot that it does. All the people are very friendly and nice.
