Aurora University is best known for business, liberal arts and most recently has been put "on the map" so as to speak by their new Dean of Nursing, Carmella Moran for making their nursing program one of the finest in the state of Illinois. When I was searching out a nursing school to attend I wanted a school that fostered learning in small class sizes, in a community setting, and one that was given high marks of professional accredition by the state of Illinois. AU's program is striving to educate nurses to be ready to enter the demanding profession!

Our school is best known for our business, nursing, and education programs. Many people come here specifically for those programs.

Small campus, learning center, has small amounts of students in each class, Dorms are close to classes, everything is in walk-able distance, great soccer and football teams, No alcohol policy, Alot of commuters

My school is best known for their nursing program because it has been reported that it is the quickest and the best. Aurora University has also been known for their amazing criminal justice program.

My school is best known for it's acedemics and finacial aid. Acedemics is the main priority on our campus for a majority of students and should be since we are all here to get a degree in our major of interest and to find a job in that major after graduation. A majority of the students at AU receive finacial aid, which was a main factor in my choice of attending the university.

Our school is best known for our top majors which are Business, Nursing, Psychology, and Education. We have a very strong nursing and education program which allows many hands on opportunities that I strongly believe you cannot get anywhere else. I am an education major myself and I always promote their program to prospective students. We are also well known for the caring staff and professors. Financial aid really works hard to help out students. I've built great relationships with several professors and other staff here at Aurora University.
