Preferably, I would want people who are looking for an academic challenge, looking to get involved with the surrounding community, people who like to spend time with others, and really anyone who is a smart individual with a good head on their shoulders and a semi-awareness of the surrounding world to come to Bucknell and offer their experiences into the general population.
