Coastal Carolina University is a wonderful school that allows all students to explore the possibilities of various careers whether they have a chosen major or are still considering. There are numerous study abroad programs that give students the chance to see the world while discovering what their major is all about. The campus is beautiful and there is always something happening on Prince Lawn whether it is for educational purposes or for entertainment. Everyone can feel safe and at home in the dorms and on campus.

It is the atmosphere here. You step on campus and you know your going to like it here. I am from a small town and this school fits me just right. It is not too big and not too small. Everyone will feel comfortable here.

Coastal Carolina offers its students a wide variety of majors, sports, clubs, and activities. There is always something to do on or off campus. Coastal is also big on its volunteer activities. There are several clubs that full of dedicated students that work to improve the community. Coastal allows its students to reach out and to become more independent. The Coastal environment allows for new development of any student at any age.

I transfered into CCU sophmore year after taking two years off and at the time it was the only school I applied to. The only difference between this school and the ones I applied to in high school is the location. Every school I applied to in high school was in the Northeast.

I enjoy that my school is close to the beach and the warm weather, I also like how the campus is small and all of the buildings are just a short walk away from eachother, and mainly that Coastal is close to my home.

Coastal Carolina University is a school that makes you feel as if you are attending a school from your home town. Other visits to schools made me realize that CCU would be my school. My vist to CCU had my mom in tears and my ready to committ that day. We new that even though I was hours away I could enjoy campus life and still get to see my parents when needed. The campus, staff, life on campus and the weather along will want any student to be a part of Coastal Carolina Go. Chants!!!!!! Welcome...Welcome....Welcome.
