For some students, it sucks. But if you are a small town person, and want to go to college where you feel comfortable walking at 3 am, and where there is little to no violence on campus, then this is a good place. It isn't up to the college to make it what it is, it's up to you as the student.

The professors here are very helpful, friendly and encourage students to come to their offices, email and/or call them

Culver-Stockton college is among the few catholic colleges in the United States of America. It has a population of less than 2000 students. The student teacher ratio is 12:1 and the lectures are friendly and ready to work with the student's speed. It is fully equiped with new technology and in the residential area laundry is done for free.

We go on a 12/3 schedule. This is where we do 4 classes for 12 weeks and then we focus on one class for 3 weeks. This helps us get hands on experience for our future career.

the academic caleder at culver-stockton is unique from any other schools i considered. the semester is split up in a 12 week and 3 week period with a full week break between each period during the fall and spring. also, culver-stockton allows athletes in their athletic training program, unlike the other schools i considered.

The biggest difference is probably the size. Culver is extremely small and it is definately different than the schools that some of my friends go to. Things are very relaxed and its rare that you feel uncomfortable or out of place. The people I have met here are so friendly and caring and that's one of the main reasons I chose to come to school here.

The caring instructors.

CS-C is unique by us having a 12 & 3 week program. During the 12 week you would take regular classes, but then in the three week it allows you to focus on a harder class so you can succeed more throughout the year. It really has helped students including myself, to become a better student.

What's unique about my school is that they care if you succeed or fail they want you to prosper and go far in life.

The most unique thing about Culver is its curriculum. This year they have instituted a system with a 12 week semester followed by a 3 week semester every full semester. The three week session is for hands on learning in the field you are considering. It gets a little hectic at times, but I am looking forward to the trips that I can now take as a result of the new curriculum. There are groups going to the British Isles and even Egypt. These trips will bolster our educations as well as our understanding of other cultures.
