To be completely honest, I could not say that I find anything wrong with my school.

I do not have flexibility in the courses that I can take. I am pretty much forced to go down the path of the Biology/Pre-Med students before me. I would love to be able to take a couple Art credits but that won't happen until I get a good portion of my science prerequisites out of the way. As it is, the only "art" I get to do is drawing what I see of bacterial specimen through a microscope. Fun, eh?

Although it is in development, we do not have the best athletics program, the biggest letdown being we do not have a football stadium on campus yet. But there is a new design already planned out and in the beginning phases of construction that will greatly enhance the school. This school does have a lot of commuters so parking is really difficult to find but it also has a great campus life.

The worst thing I consider about Florida Atlantic University is probably the parking lot. If you are attending classes around noon, you should go at least 15 minutes ahead of time so you can look for a parking spot. Even if there are numerous parking spots surrounding this huge campus, finding a decent parking spot is very time consuming and annoying. It would be better to get a ride from someone or grab some wheels and coast around this huge campus. Either that, or set classes to fit your hours. Thats probably what I consider the worst thing about FAU.

The worst thing about my school is the local fees that are added to the tuition.

The school is divided amogst diffrent campuses. For example the Fort. Lauderdale campus has all the film major classes but the Boca Raton Campus is the only one with housing. the campuses are far away makes it a little annoying to navigate schedules. and transportation. There isnt much on the weekend for residents to do. all the food stores besides the cafe is closed. the weekends can be pretty boring.

Worst thing about my school is where it's located. The area surrounding my school is for Upper middle class, so it doesn't allow students to find good and cheap off campus housing or stores.

I consider the math and science departments to be the worst thing about my school because many of the professors have teaching styles that are very difficult to learn from.
