Florida State is a beautiful university located very close to the Capitol. Although right around the corner from all the political action, Florida State University is the school to attend if you want a true college experience. Aside from it's rigorous academics, there are so many opportunities to become involved on campus, whether it be greek life or one of the many organizations Florida State has to offer. There is also a surplus of things to do outside of school as well. I wanted an amazing college experience, and there is no better place for that than Florida State!

Florida State has amazing school spirit and it feels like a real college with its research alongside its sports program. Everyone is involved in their classes, reasearch, and still makes time for hanging out with their friends and attending school sponsored events. FSU is all inclusive and inspires the school spirit its students have.

The accessability of the classes you need to for every persons specific major.

A lot of diversity.

The best thing about FSU is the school spirit and tradition of our school. Florida State is a proud university that strives to shine in all areas, from landscaping to International Abroad programs.

I really like how professors engage the students and get to know them when they demonstrate the urge to learn and engage in academics. This is especially true further on, when classes become smaller and you're focus is narrower. I couldn't really chose anything specific as I believe that at such a large shcool everyone has magrinally different experiences; Personally, I would say the College of Information Studies has ben the best. In general, this is a school with a vast array of culture and opportunites in regards to students finding their 'place' so to speak.

The access of everything.

The Florida State University has a long history and has accumulated many extra-curricular programs over those years. I happen to be part of the FSU Jiu-Jitsu club.

The pride of it's students. Although I'm 500 miles away from my family, being a part of the Seminole community makes me feel at home and accepted.

School spirit. Going to a big college is definitely the way to go. I went to a small school for a year and absolutely hated it, I missed the football games and social events and being challenged academically.
