What kind of person should attend Liberty University?

Liberty University is a unique experience. I am a more seasoned student than most. I have been in the Army for 9 years and have been fortunate to own a small construction company. Liberty has been wonderful to work with. They bend over backwards to accommodate military students. They are great at helping assess military education and working with military students to create a degree plan that maximizes the credits that military students transfer in. Anyone who has a passion for learning should consider Liberty University. An education from Liberty University is first rate.

I would say a conservited, evangelical christian would be the best option. It is a very christian school so people that are not christians could feel uncomfortable. Not from the school just from the amount of christian teaching that is done. They never turn people away. I just think people from other backgrounds choose not to go there. Also someone that cannot afford or does not want to go to the campus; the campus comes to them. They have a great online program and that is what I am doine. We do get the same education as resident students get.

Liberty University is the perfect school for someone who wants to further their relationship with Jesus Christ. It is the opposite of a party school, but there is still so many fun activities to do, like snowflex (year-round artificial ski hill), indoor soccer facility, game room (pool, pingpong, video games), indoor basketball courts, pool, climbing wall, etc. Also, it offers a variety of classes and subjects at all different levels (easy, hard, etc) so anyone can succeed if they try.

I have been extremely pleased with my experience at Liberty and think it would be a beneficial experience for anyone interested in one of the many degree programs that they offer. Both the staff and the student body are cuturally diverse and offer an opportunity for any individual to expand their understanding and worldview.
