Nothing. Bragging about Penn State has become socially unacceptable in the wake of the Sandusky scandal. Rather, I state where I went, that I received a quality education there, and try not to discuss my alma mater more than is necessary.

I love to brag that I am enrolled in one of the most prestigious schools in the U.S.

I brag about the football team and our whiteouts. Another thing I brag about is the THON dance marathon that most of the students contribute too. The alumni network, education, and my personal GPA at the school are all things that I bring up when talking to friends. Additionally, because of how well known it is, I don't need to brag! They already know why Penn State is amazing.

I brag about how convientient they are to adult learners.

I brag about how friendly people are on-campus and off, and I brag about our student-run philanthropy THON.

Attending college has always been a priority in my career goal. I will be a first generation four year college graduate. I have taken my course work serious from the beginning and utilized my education in helping others. I believe you have to exemplify what you believe, maintain what you learn then utilize your education to the fullest to prosper in your dreams and goals. Furthering my education is only the beginning for me. College and beyond will be a universe of new beginnings on my journey.

How involved I am in my University as a whole. My campus alone has over 1000 activites and 900 fratunies and sororites.

Penn State not only offers a wide variety of majors and opportunities to get invovled, but their extensive alumni network and career opportunities almost guarantee students jobs immediately after graduation.

If I were to brag about my school to my friends it would mostly be about how much school spirit there is and how diverse Penn State is in what it has to offer. The two events where the most school spirit is shown are at football games and at THON. Penn State offers many different groups and clubs ranging from IM sports to drama club to african dance club, there are so many different ways to get involved and to feel like you are part of the Penn State family and something bigger then yourself.

The size and the academic diversity. I love how large the school is. I'm always meeting new people but still can't go on campus without seeing someone I know. I also love how Penn State is known for so many different majors and degrees.
