The school is just amazing. There are so many different things to do. From different majors to activities. For example, they have a club for almost everything. If you enjoy Halo, there is a club for it. If you collect something, there is a club for it. The different options the school offers makes is the best. Talkess of the football games, and the infamous ICECREAM.

Penn Staters have tremendous pride in their school. Along with an education, it gives us a sense of community. Even more, I would say Penn State is a family despite what many may perceive with the large student population. You learn independence, while working with a team. You learn more about yourself, while making new friends. You learn to be a team player. We are...!

There is always something to do. To some of my friends I point out the shear number of frat and apartment parties, but to most of my friends (who don't drink) I tell them there is always something to do, some activity going on. There is a "Late Night Penn State" which hosts numerous activities at the student center (laser tag, movies, board games, dancers etc...), hundreds of clubs, and plenty of activities from the special living options dormitories.

Gabrielle

I always tell them how helpful everyone at Penn State is. The admissions department and now my professors have answered every question and solved the few problems I have had almost instantly. All the staff here goes way out of their way to make themselves available to the students and prospective applicants.

Douglas

Penn State provides an all-around experience with with plenty of opportunities to advance one's education. This includes the wide variety of courses and majors, the insightful staff of the guidance office and the helpful professors.

I think the greatest thing about ucf is how much the teachers care. They truly want you to do well and to succeed in the field, and are always willing to help in any way they can. I have had teachers lend books to me, help with extra studying for exams, and provide future career advice. They really want to know what you need to succeed and to do well professionally, and will go out of their way to help you do that.

Paige

I brag about the quality of Rugby on campus, and the acedemic help that is available to us even if we are a team sport and not varsity.

J.

How great the professors are and how nice, safe, and friendly the community is.

Lauren

Our school spirit and how much there is to do around campus and downtown. I tell them our two prides are football and THON!

Leah

I tell everyone how fantastically nice everyone is and how cohesive the student body is despite its size. On a personal note, I also like to brag at how advanced our science facilities are even for undergrads. We are allowed to use equipment valued in excess of $300000 and receive training in such high-tech machinery. It will really help me when I'm older and hopefully get a job in a professional science field.

Domonique

The amount of people at my school. For some it's too big for them. For other such as myself who live in a big city, the size is perfect. With a lot of people, there's rare chances that you can bump into people you know or have classes with. Which is sometimes true but in other cases some people bump into the people thay talk too or have classes a few times a day.

Stephanie

When I brag about my school, I tell my friends about all the different kinds of classes I can take and what Penn State has to offer in the different academic programs. Also, the advisors here and extremely helpful and have not steered me wrong, they have only pointed me in the right direction. Everything you could possibly want is at your fingertips at my school.

Amanda

It is SO efficient. The school really caters to students needs and they make it easy to get things done, both academically and not.

Tiffany

I brag most about the school spirit Penn State has. Especially during football season you cannot walk down the street without hearing "We are...Penn State." Its moments like these that make you feel like you're appart of something bigger. I also love how caring and charitable the student are. Every student is involved in one or more organizations that better the community and in the end celebrate our accomplishment with a dance marathon called THON. This just shows how the students here know how to get work done and have fun at the same time.

Mark

Above all else, Penn Stater's are fiercely loyal to our alma matter. We have one of the best football programs in the country, great accademics, and the largest alumni network in the world. Roughly 1:120 college graduates in the US are Penn State students. We also have great night life and epic parties.

Victoria

I absolutely love the campus here at school. It is well kept and very beautiful as well as the area surrounding it. Although I tend to complain about how much walking I have to do in order to get to class, I secretly enjoy it. It feels great to be near so much green compared to a city school. Plus, there are several parks within walking distance that offer an escape and relaxation. I also really enjoy that even though Penn State is considered the number party school, there are a ton of other fun things to do than party.

Kelly

Everything!! Everyone here bleeds blue and white! We have a great football (and volleyball and fencing!) team and an EPIC party scene. PSU has outstanding academic programs and degrees from here mean a lot. We work hard and we play harder. You can take the person out of Penn State, but you can never take the Penn State out of the person! We Are Penn State!!

Claire

I brag about how easy it is to meet new people because of the activities, clubs, and classes. Also, I love telling them about all the food options and the fitness classes that are offered.

Eric

The ability to go out and go for a run or a bike ride anytime and feel safe. Also, the weather and the terrain is pretty apt for outdoor activities, which I really like.

Lexi

Penn State is the number one party school so there is always something to do on the weekends, but it is big enough that if you don't want to be involved there are other things that you can do and places you can study.
