People that are not afraid of a large campus and many fellow students. Since being a very large school, you have to be open to that idea. Also, those at Penn State take pride in their school, so someone who really cares about the university.

The type of person who should attend this school is a bright student who has many career goals they hope to accomplish. This person has to be self driven and must encourage themselves to do well. This person should also be open to new ideas and working with people, and should be a team player. Almost all of the students here love football and having a good time on the weekends.

Also the person should be aware that this is a great institution and recognize that once graduated this univeristy will prepare its students to the best of their abilities, and prepares them for successful jobs, or for forther education (grad school, law school, edu)

To attend this school you have to be a person who is ready to have new experiences and open to new things. It is also a pretty large school, but it can definitely become smaller if you are willing to get involved. It is a school where you can make a difference in many different ways, advance in your studies, meet new people, and have fun all at the same time.

This is a good school for students that are not exactly certain about what they play on doing with the rest of their life. There are so many resources and so many majors that eventually you will probably stumble upon a class that will introduce you to what you want to do. The person that goes here should be driven to do well and engage in conversation with faculty because they can help you with almost anything.
