Dana
Semi-accurate. There are a large majority fitting under each.
Lauryn
No they are not. I go to quinnipiac university and I am from a middle class family. My parents are only able to ford a small amount of my college education and I will be leaving college with thousands of dollars in loans.
Christine
Somewhat. Many of the girls are clones. But there are a lot of normal people too, and not everyone is rich.
Daniel
They can be accurate but not everyone at Quinnipiac fits these stereotypes.

Sometimes, yes. There are exceptions but most of the girls dress the same, for example. A lot of them wear Uggs. I also work with some that are spoiled. They make sure to find out how much money I make and then tell me that they could never live on what I make.

It is true that their is little diversity on campus, something the University is looking to change, and it is true that a ton of the students here are from LI and the tri state area. What isn't true is that everyone is "rich, snobby, and perfect" for the most part everyone is pretty laid back and fun. The people who are here, want to be here.
Jess
For most of the population it is true. But one must realize that while that is the school's appearance, most students I know are serious students who do well in classes and care about school work.
Jill
No. Only 1 of my 8 roommates was wealthy. There are many pretty girls, not all fake. Many guido boys, but def not all of them are that way (only a select group).

There is truth to almost all of these stereotypes. When compared to Fairfield, Yale, UCONN, etc - Quinnipiac students do not seem as "academic." It does seem like everyone cares more about their weekend than their grades. And, Quinnipiac students do tend to wear all the same clothes and look the same. It is almost like an extension of high school here.
Amanda
no, i for one am not blonde, rich, preppy, or stupid. there are some people at the school that can be categorized like this, but if you find the right crowd of friends, you can be happy with a genuinely nice group of people.
Brett
For the most part, yes. But this is true of so many private colleges and universities, especially in the Northeast. Quinnipiac is no different.
Devin
Many of the kids here are rich and of course there are some stuck up ones. And people here are apathetic
Cassie
Yes, very accurate
