The weather (winter) can be terrible and the campus is quite large with many seperate buildings. The parking availability is also awful and expensive, if you do not have a permit you cannot park on campus at all.

diversity, and racism.

Sometimes I feel like academics are not a strong focus of this school, but it really depends on a person's initiative. Some professors are more willing to help and care about students than others. In my experience, unless it's business or engineering, if you want to have a quality education you have to express the desire and actively seek people that will help you.

Saint Cloud State University is overall a great school however some of the challenges I had to deal with was there weren't enough sections and course offerings for certain classes that I needed to take. I work during the day therefore I needed evening courses and I was very limited to the choices that I had.

The worst thing about SCSU is how quiet it gets in the winter, its just to cold out and people want to stay inside, in the summer its great becuase 24/7 people are outside having fun.

The advising. As a freshmen I recieved little and poor advice on what classes to take and how to prepare for graduate school.

The worst thing about my school is location. The winters are harsh and MN is just not a place to come if you are looking for warm weather. During the summers it is nice, but during the school year it is just wet, rainy, and cold. This is not the school's fault however, so not really a bad thing I guess.

The worst thing about Saint Cloud State University would have to be the cold, long winters. It sounds silly, but when you have to walk to class (like today) in negative fifteen degree weather when it is snowing and wind gusts up to forty miles an hour, it gets old pretty quick.

Public speaking, is the worst thing about college. I am not good at public speaking so having to deliver speeches scares me.

The difference of work load between classes that are supposed to be the same level.

the worst thing about my school is the food. first of, it is too expensive, and secondly, it do not taste all that good.

many people think my school is ALL about drinking but its not, for some people it is but not eveyone many of my friends and myself included do not drink a lot or at all so it is possible to not.

The general classes are not very personal. It's hard to get to know pwoplE AND PROFESSORS in a lecture hall.

The people are very closed minded.

There is too much alcohol involved activities. That is all that some of the students care about.

The campus securiety could be tighter.

Some of the classes are really big and it is harder for the teachers to have one on one with the students

That I got hurt during hockey season and was unable yto play anymore.
