One day on campus that I'll never ever forget was when I met Robin Roberts of Good Morning America. Being a broadcast journalism major, Robin Roberts is one of my idols. She had come to Temple to receive an award in the School of Communications and Theater. I was so starstruck that day, and I don't get starstruck. She might not ever know this, but that day I got a glimpse of everything that I could be if I worked hard. She was funny, down to earth, and charismatic. It was one of those thngs where I needeed to pinch myself because I couldnt believe that I was listening to Robin Roberts speak. Then afterward, I went up to ask her a question, and she shook my hand. Robin Roberts shook my hand! After swearing that I would never wash my right hand again, I thanked her and walked away with the biggest smile I could form. Everyday I use that story as my motivation and I remember that nothing is impossible.

One day on campus that I'll never forget was the Rail Jam, organized by Temple's snowboarding club. The club got Red Bull and other companies to sponsor the event in which pounds of snow were imported to the center of campus and a snowboarding ramp was constructed. Throughout the day, snowboarders competed in a competition for the best tricks. There was music, free giveaways, and snowboarding. It was awesome!

The most memorable days I've had on Campus are the days big football games. As a non-fan, I stay on campus and try to avoid the partying afterwards. Being on campus when there's a home game is eerie; there's practically no one else there. I remember after the Villanova game had begun, a friend of mine and I decided to go to Chinatown but there was no tokens left in the machine at the subway station. That's a lot of people going to one place. Walking on campus as students were beginning to come home was like walking into a wave of red and we were constantly being yelled at for "walking the wrong way". After our infamous loss to Penn State, I asked a kid in my hall who won and he looked at me as if someone he knew had died before replying, "we... we lost..." and wandering away dramatically. Intense. So yeah, school spirit? ']['emple has it.

My first day of Temple. We have what is called Welcome Week. All of the student groups have tables and each of the offices on campus have tables as well. It was the most 'welcoming' atmosphere I had ever been in. I knew right then I was where I was meant to be.

On April 1, 2010 the Westboro Baptist church was coming to Temple to protest Temple's production of Rent, which features gay cast members. All of camps came to protest their protest and the Westboro Baptist church never ended up showing up but it was amazing to see so many students come out and support a cause that they believe in.
