I don't think any student would feel out of place at TU... i have met people of all different backgrounds. Students dress comfortably for classes... for some people that's a skirt and blouse and for others (like me), it's sweats and a hoodie. One thing that can be found within most of the students is TU is passion... towards education, activities, religion, politics, the world, etc. There are sooooo many different groups... each student can easily find a social group to become a part of.

Most students wear urban type clothing. No one really dresses up that much like they do at Southern schools. It seems like 99{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of students at Temple are from Pennsylvania, which is weird because Temple swears it's so diverse.

Our student body is very diverse, so there's nobody that should feel out of place here on campus. There are instances of racial discrimination, but they are dealt with swiftly. Student groups constantly pair up and co-sponsor events, which helps aid in student relations.

temples student body is very diverse and not just racially. there is a huge variety of classes.

I can't imagine a single person that would feel out of place at Temple. Temple is extremely diverse, and seems like the student body is represented by many races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, political opinions, economic backgrounds, etc.
Most students dress casually to class, in either sweats or jeans.

No type of student feels out of place because there is one of everyone! That's what I love about Temple, no matter who you are you can find someone that can relate to you!

Temple is truly a diverse campus, it is drilled into your head since day one, but when i stand back and look at it, we really are. there are so many cultures, cliches, and people from different socio-economic backrounds, but no one feels alienated, everyone is accepted and that si the key to a diverse student body.

the school is WAY too urban, there is a huge divide in race and class but its ABSOLUTE self segregation. I think 80{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of temple students are lower to middle class...
