They should be a person who would like to experience (or already enjoys) city life and whom never wants to be bored. Becuase while attending Temple University a person will never get bored with so many activities going on everyday. Not to mention that going to a school in Philly gives one a chance to learn more about U.S. history and wonderful foods (i.e. Cheesesteaks!)
