Many students at Texas A&M University are engineering students, which is quite interesting. Although it is hard to get to know people in big classes, it is very likely that I'll know everyone in major courses. Everyone is friendly and smart.

The Aggies are selfless and caring about each other and the Bryan/College Station area as demonstrated not only a daily basis with the common greeting "Howdy!" but with countless service organizations, especially the Big Event every year when thousands of A&M students wake up early on a Saturday and spend the day serving the community around us.

Here at Texas A&M most of the beginning classes are rather large and it's sometimes hard to meet alot of people at first, but in the actual classroom you all feel connected anyway because everyone tends to participate. Outside of the classroom the campus is super friendly because most people say 'Howdy' to eachother, which make the campus seem smaller and more connected.
