Luke

There arent many things that are frustrating about this school. The only things I can think of is some of the classes are difficult but the teachers do care. Also, I lost many of my credit hours after transferring which I have to make up.

Ernest

Don't know.

The only frustrating thing about my school is the size. It is a small school and in a small city but surrounded by other big schools. After a while, you will see everyone at the school within the first semester, but after a while seeing new people wouldn't be so bad.

The most frustrating thing about TLU is the social atmosphere and the emphasis on the Greek life here. There are times when it can start to feel a little bit like high school and if you don't participate in Greek life you aren't considered "cool," but it all depends on how much you branch out and make an effort.

Ryan

It is a small private school so you don't have the benefits that a large state school has to offer.

The most frusterating thing about my school is the level of difficulty that each class entails. Every class is challenging and requires sctrict attention and outside studying. The work load can be frusterating because of the amount of time and dedication it takes to succeed.

As an african american student, it was very difficult to attend an institution that did not have a progessor who represented my ethnicity. While it was not detrimental to my belief in attaining an advanced degree, the absence of african american professors on the campus put a damper on my experience. Our campus has made many improvements in regard to diversity, but we still have a ways to go.

The most frustrating thing about my school would be the lack of a good 24 hour convenince store located on campus for students who are up late and need supplies or a snack. A lot of things are shut down by 7 or 8 p.m. and it can be difficult to drive across town to get to a place where you can buy something, especially if you don't have your own means of transportation, when you only need one or two items.

Jessenia

the most frustrating thing about the school is that lack of parking at times

The most frustrating thing about my school is that every student is searching for their purpose in life. Oftentimes, this can be overwhelming because we all look to our peers for advice. However, we cannot always help one another because we're still figuring it out for ourselves. It can also be frustrating because competition within our majors can blind our true abilities. Juxtaposed to this thought, is that because we are such a "tight knit" community, it is easy to focus on a friend's hardships rather than our own responsibilities.
