Its impossible to really describe the students at Arizona with just one type of person. We have people from all walks of life. Students come from all over the world too. We have a range of people who come from very wealthy financial backgrounds to not as wealthy. Some students are active and some are not. Its pretty relaxed environment too. We all know that going to class isn't the most exciting thing people look forward to in the day so no one expects you to dress up. There are hundreds of clubs and organizations that cover a wide range of interests. With over 30,000 students you get a really diverse student body.

There are tons of minorities and diversity at UA, which is fantastic. So many religious and ethnic groups nearby. Also, lots of sororities and fraternities. Some people think if you are not involved in Greek Life, you're a nobody. Most people I've met throughout the years are from Arizona--not a lot of out-of-state kids.

Sara

you can find anyone on our campus from any place.

University of Arizona students are involved in many clubs and programs that the school has to offer. Almost every U of A student is involved in one extra curricular acitivity or another. Why? It just so happens that there's something for everyone. Wether you're an art student, musician, athlete or activist, there will be a good chance that you'll find something that appeals to you.
