The Universtity of Arizona is a pac-10 school, so it is best known for many of it's athletic programs. It is also well known for the different colleges within the school, with great programs in engineering, science, health, business, media arts, and more. The school excells with many great programs.

Its wide variety in academic departments. They have classes for almost every major out there, including many vocational trades. Due to its city ties and academic parallels, it also transfers the most students into CSU Long Beach than any other community college in the country.

We are known for our spirit, rich history, and campus. The students are the most spirited in all of college, hence the largest student section, known as the Zona Zoo. Everyone goes to every game and cheers their heart out. And both our sports and campus are filled with rich history that can only inspire you to be a better student. The campus gives you that midwest feel with red brick buildings but with palm trees, and in the winter we are fortunate to have a breath taking view of snow capped mountains. It is the best of both worlds.

THe University of Arizona is known as a research university. However, it is also know for it teachers, tutoring program, diability resources program and health services. Though the University of Arizona is big it allows students the resources to make great friends while still being within a comunity. THe University also makes sure that they are providing a service at the best of their capability.

My school is best known for the amount of degrees is offers to students. It has an amazing engineering, business and medical school for student?s wishing to go into those degrees. It also is known for its athletics. We have an amazing cheering section called zona zoo where students can support the teams.
