What do you consider the worst thing about University of Arkansas-Fort Smith? Why?

The worst thing about my school is the location. It is in a city of about 40,000 people and many parts of the town are old and run down. It is a town that isn't showing many signs of progress. Perhaps, I am a litte biased against it since when I came to college I was looking for something different from where I grew up. However, it is much the same only dirtier. Despite, this the college does seem to be growing but if you are looking for a fun and exciting place this isn't it.

The administration here cares about their pay checks and how the media and public see them. THey don't care at all about the students or helping them get a degree.
