Big school, those who would rather attend a smaller school shouldn't go here.

a confident social person. liek most things UConn is what you make of it. if you are athletic social and enthusiastic you will fit in great. but no matter what your interest are you will find a group at a school this large to fit into.

Any person can attend this school.

Everyone - this school is large enough to be diverse but small enough to be familiar after just a few weeks.

The kind of person that shouldn't attend this school is a person who might be intimidated by size. There are over 16,000 students who attend the main campus of UConn and it can be overwhelming for some. Thats the only reason I can think of for someone not to attend, UConn is a great place to attend and every day is like a new adventure.

people who are not interested in big sporting events like basketball and football games. people who like or are used to smaller schools may not like uconn either because it is giant and it takes a lot of walking to get to where you want to go.

Anyone who does not do well in big crowds should not attend this school. Being a large school, there are times where you might feel like you are only a number. There are some very large lecture classes, but they have smaller classes to go with them. This school is for people who want to be a part of an energetic crowd with high school spirit. Basketball and football are pretty important here and we have our rival schools. You do not need to belong to a fraternity or sorority in order to have a social life.
