It shaped me to be the person I am today; someone that I actually like and have confidence in.

The professors are exceptionally dedicated at this university. I have not had an instructor who was not well known and accredited in their feild, and I have gone through three different majors from Engineering to English. Beyond their dedication and knowledge, they are nice people who will go out to a coffee shop, sometimes even a pub, with students just to get to know them better. Good people is the best things this UIUC has to offer. And education, that too of course.

I love the unity that is present at this school. No matter your gender, race, religion, or cultural backround, there is a place for you to belong on this campus. I never wanted to go anywhere else, because the University of Illinois is place where you can go to get an excellent education, while making lifelong relationships with people from all different backrounds. I believe that everyone that goes here will leave an extremely learned and well rounded person.

UIUC has a huge collection of resources. You should never run into any problem related to not having what you need to learn what you need to learn for any given class.

It will be hard work to graduate from this school, but the benefits of doing so will be helpful for your whole career. The school spirit that is on campus is phenomenal. Everywhere you go you see Illini. Students will wear school shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, even pants. We are very supportive of all of our Big 10 sports/teams.
