University of Missouri-St Louis Top Questions

What's the most frustrating thing about University of Missouri-St Louis?

The most frustrating thing about my school, would probably be scheduling. Sometimes its difficult to schedule the courses I need, in order to graduate because they only offer the course at one time during the week. In cases, such as this, you either take the course when it's given, or you don't, which could postpone graduation, and becomes frustrating.

Honestly, the most frustrating thing about my school is simply the drive between my house and the campus. It's all highway, but it's about 45 miles each way. I wish there was more affordable, off-campus, student housing near my school.

I can't stand our Fraternities and the fact that they can serve minors and get away with it. I feel that it's a problem and should be looked into more than it currently is. Social dynamics make new freshmen cling onto people easily and a lot of the times they cling onto the wrong type of people. Fraternities in themselves are not bad, however some of the things they do are bad and I cannot support them.

The most frustrating thing about my school is the parking lots problems. I have to get on campus an hour before my morning classes in order to find a parking spot close to my buildings. It is very hard to find one when you are already late for your class and you barely have enough time to walk from your parking spot to your class. And you waste gas by driving around to find an empty parking spot.

The advisors don't seem to know anything about some of the majors, and what their programs require leaving the student running in circles.
