Nothing. Coming to college is a learning experience in itself. If we all came to college "knowing everything" there would be no point in getting away from home... because we would already be grown up, so to speak.
Bradley
That finding on campus parking would be difficult.
Deena
There is really nothing I wish I knew before coming here.
ashley
what I truly want4ed to major in.
Jean
I knew several things about this school before i attended.
Melanie
Before coming to this school I wish I had known more about scholarship opportunities so my money will last after 3 years of college.
Nicole
That the housing i live in now is not the best around the school
Christopher
If I had known that the majority of social activities outside of recreation took place off campus I would never have wanted to live on campus. I've found that the only advantage to living on campus is being 15min from nearly any class by foot. Otherwise, the food is moderate to poor and the living spaces are cramped and the rules are strict.
Shawn
I wish I had known the national opinion of USF prior to the start of my graduate work.
Amber
How to better involve myself in campus-wide activities and the conditions of my scholarships.
Patrick
This school is extremely ethnically diverse. Sometimes, it is like walking through a different country
Jason
I wish I would have known everything about the area surrounding my university.
Tara
The difficulty of finding parking... I probable would have tried to live closer to campus.
Natalie
I wish I would have known all of the right people to call on campus if I needed anything. For example, in the College of Education, some of the people who hold high positions are very helpful if you can get in contact with them. Also, which classes to take... after I began college I learned about ratemyprofessors.com but that was after my first semester which I think I would have done a little bit better had I known which professors / classes to take.
Bryttani
I wish I had known how difficult it would be to get out of the school. Also how difficult it would be to meet new people as a transfer student.
Sarah
I wish I had been more prepared to cover the costs that college entails. I had bright futures for my tuition, but then there are books, housing, food, gas, entertainment...etc. It has been very difficult for me to pay for everything I need for school. But, this school is one of the more less expensive schools around, and I am happy with the quality of education I have been recieving, so it is worth it, but still pretty difficult.
Nick
I actually think I came to USF prepared for whatever was thrown at me. I basically took anything with open arms and went with the flow of things.
Mary
How bad the parking can be.
Kate
Coming to the university, I had no idea what kind of experiences I would have, which clubs I would join, and the friends I would make. It almost seems like I stumbled upon each with opportunity and friendship I came across. I don't wish to have known anything, because, if I'd known what to expect, the precious memories I will always hold dearly would not be nearly as significant. Since enrolling at USF, I have become stronger, more independent, and a new person . My journey is still not over, but I wouldn't change a single step.
Laura
That the meal plans and the on campus housing are expensive and a rip off. That finding parking is extremely difficult. That it is better to live off campus.
