There's no hockey team. I honestly couldn't care less about football or basketball or baseball, those sports bore me to tears (I would try to go, and always want to leave during half-time or 4th inning, or whatever the mid-mark happened to be. Hockey keeps me intrigued the whole time, and it saddened me that I couldn't use my student ID to get into a hockey game for free. That and the cafeteria food. I would get the cheapest meal plan, and still have leftovers by the end of the semester.

More learning resources for students who struggle with lecture courses and are more hands on. There could also be more places around campus for students to go and have fun, especially if they have no car.
Caitlin
My experience with academic advisory was not that great.

The worst thing about my school would be the fact that a good amount of professors do not speak English as a first language. This makes it extremely difficult in advanced classes, because when you do not understand what professors are saying, it makes learning from the professor much harder.
Melissa
I think safety is defintly an issue. I have gotten numerous emails with safety alerts about students being attacked or robbed. I can tell you I do not feel comfortable walking to my car by myself. I think the campus security is trying but you never see them around campis and is does not make me feel safe!
Allison
windy in the winter time - overall weather
Jessica
Parking availability is the only major issue that I feel the campus must address at some point VERY SOON.
Jessica
the cost, it cost so much for some degrees that you can get alot other places for cheaper

I consider the worst thing about my school is the crime. I often recieve e-mails from my school reporting that there was a crime on campus and safety measures to take. I never see these incidents, and have only heard about a few. If our crime rate is as often as I get those e-mails, then that is the worst thing about my school.
Caleb
Negative attitudes at the school because of the crime in the surrounding neighborhoods. Much of the student population lives in poorer neighborhoods surrounding campus, side-by-side with non-student households. Home robbery and car theft are extremely common, and rarely are any cases investigated.
Jennifer
The crime rates here have sky rocketed over the last year. So far we've had a bomb threat and a stabbing of two students at one of our campuses. The campus is turning from friendly and safe to discriminatory and violent.
Erica
the lack of parking spaces available on campus.
Curtis
This school is too unorganized and there are far too many professors that can barely speak english.
Sarah
The professors. For some reason Toledo keeps hiring Grad assistants to teach our classes. That's unacceptable. I'm paying thousands of dollars for a good education, and I'm being taught by someone hardly older than I am, who has no Ph.D. That I can get over if they are good, knowledgable instructors. But I can't get over the fact that almost every math instructor CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! How are we supposed to learn valuable skills if we can't even understand the instructor. Seriously, this is a huge problem.
