The kind of person that should not attend this school is a person that is not willing to be challenged, or is not willing to put everything they have into going to school. School, in general, should not be easy otherwise you would not learn anything. Upper Iowa University does challenge you in a good way. If someone does not want to learn important background information for your major, then this school is not for you. You will learn everything necessary for your field of study, not just the basics.

There isn't anyone who SHOULDN'T attend school here. It is open to everyone, and thankfully so because if it weren't, I wouldn't have the opportunity to attend. Schools that exclude people on certain criteria are not the schools I want to be attending because I think secondary education should be for everyone, from every walk of life.

Anyone who has to have a McDonalds or Wal-Mart nearby should not attempt to come here. Anyone who loves the city should not attend this school. The nearest Wal-Mart is forty minutes away, and there are only a little over 900 students on campus. Our school makes up the majority of the population here in Fayette, Iowa. It may also be hard for someone to come here who isn't okay with different cultures and backgrounds as we have a large group of students from foreign countries such as Nepal.

Students that shouldnt attend this school are city people. My school is in a very tight spot away from everything but if you want to get an education you should come to my school.
