What kind of person should attend Winona State University?

Students here should be able to adapt to a small-town environment. There's not much to do off campus, so it's really important to get involved in clubs and events on campus. Academically, a person who can manage their time well here should attend this school. They should be able to balance their school work, extracurriculars, and possibly jobs without their grades suffering.

People that are willing to work hard in shcool, that like to have a good time (such as: enjoy playing sports and hanging out with friends), and those who are determined and motivated will do well here.

I think that a person that wants to find themself needs to come to Winona. You also need to be a person that tends to be independant. Love of the outdoors is another thing that will help you fit into this campus setting.
