This scholarship is available for Virginia undergraduate students who are enrolled in a licenced practical nursing program. Students must attend a Virginia college and have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are current COMTO members are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
U.S. students who are high school seniors with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher are eligible for this award. Students must be the children of COMTO members.
Undergraduate students at North Carolina A&T State University who are majoring in transportation, safety, urban planning, environmental disciplines, public services, or a specific transportation-related discipline are eligible for this award. Students must have demonstrated leadership skills and an active commitment to community service.
All recently accepted undergraduate students must provide proof of being accepted into a qualifying program, along with proof of having a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 if enrolling in an associate’s or four-year bachelor’s; or in their associate’s program if transferring in credits to begin a bachelor’s.
U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher are eligible to apply for this award. Students must be members of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) in good standing for one year or more to be eligible for an award.
This award is available to Virginia students who are currently enrolled at a Virginia community college as a freshmen student. The student must major in any program of study that includes coursework related to an understanding of or interest in technological fields supporting aerospace and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
This scholarship is available for U.S. college juniors or seniors who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and are enrolled in a field of study that includes coursework related to an understanding of or interest in aerospace. Students must be enrolled at one of the five Virginia Space Grant Consortium universities.

This award is for U.S. graduating high school seniors, currently being served by the Duval County Public Schools Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Department with a grade point average of 2.0 or above. Applicants must be a resident of Jacksonville, FL for at least six months and have been accepted to an accredited community college, university or vocational school located in Florida, scheduled to begin classes in the same calendar year as graduated from high school.
This scholarship is available for U.S. graduate students who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and are enrolled in a field of study that includes coursework related to an understanding of or interest in aerospace. Students must enroll or plan to enroll at one of the five Virginia Space Grant Consortium universities.
