Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a high school senior at the time of application.
  2. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
  3. Must be active in cheerleading for at least two years at the time of application.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  5. Must reside in Pinellas County, Florida.
  6. This award is for U.S. students.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Pinellas County, Florida who are active on the high school cheerleading squad. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.

Application requirements for the Pinellas All-Star Cheerleading Classic Scholarship are:

  • Application form
  • FAFSA by 01/17/2019
  • Academic records
  • Letter of acceptance from current head coach
Additional Information: This scholarship is provided annually by Pinellas County Sports to a local area cheerleader who demonstrates excellence and potential both on the field, and in the classroom.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
