In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must reside in Madison, Ohio.
  2. Must participate in football.
  3. This award is for U.S. students.
  4. Must be a U.S. student or legal permanent resident.
  5. Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.

Description: This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Madison Ohio who have participated in the football program while maintaining at least average grades.

Application requirements for the Joshua Taylor Back Scholarship are:

  • Verification of enrollment
Additional Information: Provided in honor of Joshua Back, a Madison High School graduate from the class of '94, this scholarship will be awarded to a Monroe area high school senior who participated in the football program. Students must have average or above average grades.

Award Amount: $630 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $630.
