Number of Awards & Eligibility: The (ISC)² Undergraduate Scholarship offers up to 20 scholarships.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a senior in high school, or an undergraduate student who is currently a junior, freshman, sophomore or senior who will be pursuing an undergraduate degree in the fall.
  2. Must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0.
  3. Must be pursuing, or plan to pursue, a degree with a focus on cybersecurity or information assurance.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The (ISC) Undergraduate Scholarships is available for a high school senior or undergraduate students citizen of any country who is pursuing or plan to pursue a degree with a focus on cybersecurity, information assurance or related field.

Application requirements for the ISC Undergraduate Scholarships are:

  • Essay
  • Recommendation letter
  • Application form
  • Personal statement
  • Official Transcript.
Additional Information: Applicants may be a citizen of any country who is pursuing or plan to pursue a degree with a focus on cybersecurity, information assurance or related field, and be a high school senior or undergraduate student. A minimum 3.3 GPA is required. You do not currently need to be enrolled, but no awards will be disbursed until the recipient is enrolled in a college or university. (ISC) is an international nonprofit membership association focused on inspiring a safe and secure cyber world. Run by the Center for Cyber Safety and Education, (ISC) awards aim to close the global cybersecurity workforce gap. In all, (ISC) and the Center for Cyber Safety and Education have provided over $1 million dollars in cybersecurity scholarships. Several scholarships between $1,000 and $5,000 each will be awarded this year.

Award Amount: Each scholarship award will be between $1,000 to $5,000 per recipient.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $100,000.
