Number of Awards & Eligibility: All eligible students will be considered.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be an incoming first-time freshman.
  2. Must have a UNF recalculated grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
  3. Must have an SAT score of 1270 or higher (excluding writing section) OR an ACT score of 26 or higher.
  4. This award is for U.S students.
  5. Must attend the University of North Florida.
  6. Must pursue a major within UNF's Coggin College of Business. Available majors are listed online at www.unf.edu/coggin/academics/.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available to U.S students who are planning to attend the University of North Florida's Coggin College of Business as freshmen. Students must have a UNF recalculated grade point average of 3.5 or higher and a SAT score of 1270 or higher or an ACT score of 26 or higher.

Application requirements for the UNF Coggin Scholarships Endowment are:

  • Application form
  • Admission app.
Additional Information: Students receiving an automatic merit-based scholarship (like the Presidential award) will be considered for competitive merit-based scholarships on an upgrade basis only. Their awards will not be combined for a total higher value. Instead, they will keep the award that provides the highest scholarship amount. Students are only eligible to receive one UNF merit-based scholarship. However, students who have already received an automatic scholarship can submit an application to be considered for a possible scholarship upgrade. Scholarship decisions will be mailed Feb. 2. Current and transfer students are not eligible to receive this scholarship.

Award Amount: $4,000 annually, renewable for three additional years.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $16,000.
