  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of application.
  3. Must major in nursing or a related healthcare field.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.

Description: The AfterCollege/AACN Scholarship is available to U.S. graduate and undergraduate students who are pursuing an education in nursing or a related healthcare field.

Additional Information: AfterCollege has been connecting students and recent grads with employers hiring for internships and entry-level positions since it was founded in a dorm room in 1999. AfterCollege gives new job seekers a competitive advantage by tapping into valuable professional networks with a patented job search algorithm and career-building tools to help land that all-important first job. AfterCollege proudly offers scholarships to help deserving students cover expenses during school and propel them forward into rewarding careers after college. Recipients will be announced within one month of each deadline and contacted to redeem the award.

Award Amount: $2,500 per quarter  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $10,000.

To apply for this award, studets must first register for an account with AfterCollege.com and create a student profile. Upon completion of the account and profile, students will be able to access the scholarship application. Only finalists are contacted and may be asked to submit letters of recommendation, published articles, awards/honors, etc. to the selection committee.
