Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for international and U.S. students.
  2. Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a closely-related field.
  3. Must have maintained the equivalent of a 'B' average.
  4. Must have been accepted to or be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available for U.S. and international students who have been accepted to or are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. Students must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a closely-related field and have maintained the equivalent of a 'B' average.

Additional Information: The National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (NABCJ) will award a scholarship to an individual who demonstrates academic excellence and financial need. This scholarship award is presented once a year at NABCJ's Annual Training Conference (usually held in July).

Award Amount: $2,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.
