Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be registered as a member of a federal or state recognized tribe, OR be a descendant of at least one grandparent or parent who is an enrolled tribal member. (Alaska Natives may use Native Corporation membership.)
  4. Must be enrolled full time in an accredited public or private (non-profit) college or university.
  5. Must be a college sophomore, junior, or senior. Please note: Preference is given to juniors and seniors.
  6. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  7. Must be a resident of or attending school in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, or Texas.
  8. Must be majoring in business, accounting, computer science, computer technology, engineering, mathematics, and/or a related field.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is open to U.S. college sophomores, juniors, and seniors of American Indian or Alaskan Native descent who attend school or reside in CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MN, or TX. Students must be majoring in business, accounting, computer science, computer technology, engineering, mathematics, and/or a related field; have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher; and have demonstrated financial need.

Additional Information: All applicants must demonstrate financial need and a commitment to community and leadership development. Applicants must be willing to participate is several company webinars if selected as a recipient. The American Indian College Fund determines student eligibility and awards the scholarships. Award and denial notices will be mailed out to all applicants by August each year to the address listed on the application.

Award Amount: $4,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $4,000.
