Number of Awards & Eligibility: There are fifteen awards available.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Applicants must be a US citizen or permanent resident and live in the Chicagoland area OR be attending a college in the Chicagoland area.
  2. High school senior, undergraduate and graduate students interested in working in the food and beverage industry.

Description: We believe that every student should have the opportunity to achieve their academic goals to advance their career in the food & beverage industry. These scholarships for students whose permanent address or who attend school in the Chicagoland area. We offer scholarships of $2,500 for incoming freshmen & $5,000 for undergraduate & graduate students. Mentorship opportunities An added benefit for scholarship recipients will be the opportunity to have a mentor from the food science industry and/or academia. The Student Mentorship Program is being planned for a 3-month time period with a total of 6 meetings September-November 2025.

Award Amount: Chosen applicants will each receive up to $5,000.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $5,000.
