Description: Accelerate your education and career with Tesla's Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). Through the MDP, you will be registered for a Semester of college at: Ohlone College, Fremont, CA, Diablo Valley College, Pleasant Hill, CA, Laney College, Oakland, CA or San Joaquin Delta College, Stockton, CA You will complete credits in Electronics, Robotics Programming, Mechanical Systems, and Technical Drawings. Once the program has been completed, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Production Associate in the Tesla Fremont Factory or Lathrop Megafactory, working with the same equipment and systems you learned about in the classroom and understanding the manufacturing process.
