Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This awar dis for U.S. students.
  2. Must pursue a career in media production.
  3. Must attend a college or university in one of the following areas: Northern California (Visalia to the Oregon border); Hawaii; or Reno, Nevada.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  5. Must have completed at least one undergraduate academic year of television studies. The applicant must also have at least one year remaining of undergraduate study.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available for U.S. college sophomores or juniors who attend a college or university in one of the following areas: Northern California (Visalia to the Oregon border); Hawaii; or Reno, Nevada. Students must pursue a career in media production, with one or more years of school left to complete.

Additional Information: The NATAS San Francisco/Northern California Chapter awards scholarships to encourage individuals who demonstrate leadership and talent in advancing the artistic, cultural, educational, and technical qualities of television. The applicant must have one year or more left of school.

Award Amount: $2,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.
