Number of Awards & Eligibility: Varies.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a high school senior at the time of application.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be a resident of California.
  4. Must be adopted, or have spent time in foster care, or have lost one or both parents to illness, accident, or another cause of death.
  5. This award is for U.S. students.
  6. Must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The Rezvan Foundation Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors in the state of California who are adopted, have spent time in foster care, or who have lost one or more parents.

Application requirements for the The Rezvan Foundation Scholarship are:

  • Video Statement
  • Application form
Additional Information: The Rezvan Foundation seeks to support the academic endeavors of students who have spent time in foster care, have been removed from their parents’ home, or have suffered the painful loss of one or more parent. Award selection will be based on a combination of academic achievements, commitment to volunteer work, strengrth of recommendations, and a demonstrated intention to "pay it forward" by taking care of others in need.

Award Amount: Winners can receive up to $100,000 or full tuition in total funding through The Rezvan Foundation Scholarship.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $100,000.
