Additional Information: The Elisabeth C. Tassone Oncology Scholarship Fund is provided for nursing students in Delaware who plan to pursue a career in oncology. In addition to the stated application procedures, students must submit a short essay addressing this career choice and why they are interested in an oncology-related career path. The Delaware Community Foundation has provided scholarships and other forms of financial assistance to deserving Delaware students since 1986. Students are encouraged to apply for any and scholarships that they are eligible for, as there is no limit on the number of awards a single student may receive. Additional information about the award may be found online at the Foundation's website, as well as at school guidance offices within the state.

Award Amount: $3,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $3,000.
