Additional Information: The LTU Bulldog Out-of-State Fee Waiver is an academic scholarship offered by Louisiana Tech University to incoming undergraduate students. Undergraduate students who are not residents of Louisiana may be eligible for an out-of-state fee scholarship, which covers all out-of-state tuition. The scholarship is administered through the admissions department on the basis of demonstrated academic ability and is not based on financial need.
