Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a resident of Oklahoma.
  2. Must attend a college or university in Oklahoma.
  3. This award is for U.S. students.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  5. Must be majoring in tourism, hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field.
  6. Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The Alberta Brannon Memorial Scholarship is awarded to Oklahoma students who are majoring in culinary arts, hospitality, tourism, or a related field. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and must attend a college or university in Oklahoma.

Additional Information: Founded in 1969, the Oklahoma City Community Foundation provides and administers more than 200 scholarships designed to assist local area students with the high and rising costs of a college education. Scholarships will be awarded based on a combination of merit, financial need, and other criteria as it applies to the specific award. The Alberta Brannon Memorial Scholarship was created to recognize and cultivate each student's creative potential. The award is available for Oklahoma residents who are attending an Oklahoma college or university and majoring in hospitality, tourism, or a culinary field. Award selection will be based on a combination of financial need and academic merit.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
