In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must submit acceptable verification documentation of military affiliation.
  2. Must have at least 2.0 GPA for undergraduates and 3.0 for graduates.
  3. Must be available to begin coursework within 90 days of the award date.
  4. Must have a high school transcript or equivalent (GED).

Description: Columbia Southern University is an online university in Orange Beach, Alabama. Columbia Southern University recognizes the sacrifices made by the family members of America's military men and women. To honor family members, CSU will provide one scholarship to the spouse of an Active-duty member. The award is available to both future and current CSU students, the scholarship will cover up to $25,200 in one online degree program. The scholarship will be applied directly to the recipient's tuition for up to 36 consecutive months or until the completion of the selected online degree program, whichever comes first.

Additional Information: To be eligible, you must • Have a high school transcript or equivalent (GED). • Be available to begin coursework within 90 days of the award date. • Be capable of maintaining a 2.0 undergraduate or 3.0 graduate GPA. • Stay in good standing with CSU throughout degree program. • Maintain continuous enrollment in a degree program. • Current CSU students must already meet these requirements for consideration. • Applicants must submit acceptable verification documentation of military affiliation.

Award Amount: The award is available to both future and current CSU students, the scholarship will cover up to $25,200 in one online degree program. The scholarship will be applied directly to the recipient's tuition for up to 36 consecutive months or until the completion of the selected online degree program, whichever comes first.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $25,200.
