In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available for students who self-identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender or are the children of gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender persons who reside in Oregon or southwest Washington. Applicants must plan to enroll in an undergraduate program and demonstrate financial need.

Additional Information: This LGBTQI scholarship fund, named for Audria M. Edwards, was established in 1987 and is funded by donations, variety show proceeds, and community fundraisers. Checks will be mailed to students’ schools and credited to their student accounts before the beginning of the school year. Funds may be used for tuition, fees, and on-campus room and board charges, but cannot be applied toward off-campus housing, transportation, dependent care, or other personal expenses.
