In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is available for Vermont undergraduate and graduate students who plan to enroll in a dental hygiene program. Students must demonstrate academic achievement and financial need.

Application requirements for the Vermont Dental Hygiene Scholarship are:

Additional Information: This scholarship was established by the members of the Vermont State Dental Society to encourage Vermont residents preparing to enter the dental hygiene profession. Applicants must attend an accredited postsecondary school approved for federal Title IV funding, and must demonstrate financial need. Selection is based on application documents, financial need, and academic achievement.

Award Amount: The total amount of funds available is $18,000 to $22,000 per year. Awards are non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $110,000.
