Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a Rhode Island resident.
  3. Must be a female.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  5. Must be pursuing education or job training beyond high school.
  6. Preference will be given to highly motivated, self-supporting, low-income women who are completing their first undergraduate degree or certificate program.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award will be given to Rhode Island women to assist with transportation, child-care, tutoring, educational materials, and/or other support services. Preference will be given to highly motivated, self-supporting, low-income women who are completing their first undergraduate degree or certificate program.

Additional Information: The purpose of the scholarship is to assist with transportation, child-care, tutoring, educational materials, and/or other support services.

Award Amount: $500 to $2,000 annually, non-renewable. Previous winners may reapply.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,250.
