Description: This scholarship is available to current UNR TRiO Scholars and current/former UNR First in the Pack participants at the University of Nevada, Reno, have not previously studied abroad in college, and have at least a 3.0 GPA. Students must also attend a study abroad workshop prior to the application deadline in order to be considered.

Application requirements for the USAC First Gen NV Scholarship are:

Additional Information: This scholarship is available to current UNR TRiO Scholars and current/former UNR First in the Pack participants who are degree-seeking at the University of Nevada, Reno, have not previously studied abroad in college, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Interested students must also attend a study abroad workshop prior to the application deadline in order to be considered for an award, and recipients must complete a give back project within 6 months of the end of their program. Two $1500 awards will be given each term.

Award Amount: Two $1500 awards will be given each term.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $3,000.
